Caitlyn Mayfield is a civil engineering graduate of Utah State University and has worked at Central Utah for over 5 years. She has been involved in a variety of projects including pipelines, well drilling, and water treatment projects. Outside of her time as an engineer, she enjoys teaching group fitness, running, hiking, and rock climbing.

Chris Elison is a civil engineering graduate of Brigham Young University. He has over 25 years of experience working in transportation, NEPA, and water. Chris started working at CUWCD in June 2011 and has worked on a number of projects including NEPA and design project. Chris resides in Lehi with his wife of 31 years. He has five kids ranging in age from 26 to 13. Chris enjoys the outdoors especially downhill skiing, hiking, and camping.
