Ms. Osborn is a project manager in J-U-B Engineer’s Salt Lake City office where she has focused on water, wastewater, and reclaimed water planning and design. Ms. Osborn has worked at J-U-B for more than 14+ years. Prior to working at J-U-B Ms. Osborn served in the Peace Corp where she spent 27 months in the Dominican Republic designing and constructing a drinking water system, latrines and a hygiene education campaign. Ms. Osborn is a registered professional engineer in the State of Utah and has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Seattle University and the University of Colorado at Boulder. She lives in Salt Lake City but is originally from Minnesota. She is the founder of Women of Water and has served on its board since its inception. She is also active in AWWA and WEAU.
