Jeremy graduated from the University of Utah in 2004 and spent the first 5 years of his career in the private sector as a consultant designing and managing many types of civil engineering projects for municipalities, water districts, sewer districts, and both residential and commercial developers. He became Saratoga Springs’ first in-house City Engineer in 2010 and was promoted to Public Works Director in 2016. During his time with the City, it has been one of the fastest growing in Utah with a population that skyrocketed from only 1,000 residents in 2000 to over 30,000 in 2017. As public Works Director he manages and coordinates all phases of municipal operations as well as the design and construction of all capital projects.
