Ying-Ying Macauley is the assistant director of Division of Drinking Water in Utah Department of Environmental Quality. Ying-Ying received a master degree from University of Utah with emphasis in environmental engineering. She is a registered professional engineer with 24 years of water-related work experience. She has worked in various water agencies and a water utility. Ying-Ying currently serves as the chair elect of the AWWA Intermountain Section.
